I had seen Hitchki listing on Zomato with such high ratings that I wanted to try it out since such a long time. I saw a listing on Zomato order and thought of ordering something. The order menu eas extensive was the food was reasonably priced for such premium restaurant.

Ghee Roast Chicken Meal Box: Packaging of the meal box was very good and nothing was spilled. It came with ghee roast chicken (Mangalorean chicken), 2 Malabar parathas, 2 Cashew tikkis, banana chips and salad. The ghee roast chicken had a strong flavor of ghee and coconut. It was spicy but not too much. the chicken inside it was well cooked and of good quality. The taste was excellent and one of the best one I have had. Cashew Tikki was like any other veg Tikki but not oily. The paratha was well cooked and soft. The salad was spicy. The container in which the meal came was deep in height so even though it looked like the quantity of food was not enough, it was more than enough for 1 person. Overall the meal box tasted amazing and I totally loved it. I would definitely order it out in future. 4.5/5 on taste.

Butter the Chicken: IT came with butter chicken topper with cashew nuts, butter naan, and chicken starter. Butter chicken had a slight sweetish flavor but not overpowering. The chicken was tender and well cooked. Taste of the butter chicken was very good but not the best I have had. Butter naan was thin compared to what you get in most of the restaurants which made it crispy. I personally prefer softer naan. Still, the taste was good. The chicken starter was of another level. It was coated with a crispy and spicy layer with tender chicken inside. It was excellent in flavors. One of the most unique and best starters I have had. The description on the menu says that it was tandoori chicken but it was unlike any other. Green chutney was also very good but chicken starter by itself was so tasty that I had it without the chutney. 4/5 on taste for butter chicken with naan and 5/5 for the starter.

Teen Guna Schezwan Chicken [Chicken Triple Schezwan Rice Combo]: I will start off by saying that I am not a fan of Triple Schezwan. But still, I ordered this item from Hitchki as they have managed to get my expectations high from my previous experiences and I expect the items to be good. Now coming to the actual dish, it had rice and noodles combo with an omelet on top, chicken gravy, fried noodles in schezwan sauce (Chinese bhel), chakli with fried noodles and schezwan sauce. All the dishes in it were very good in taste and reminded me of typical triple schezwan dishes from any random Chinese restaurant. Chakli and fried noodles were crispy and added some variety to the menu. Overall a good meal and one of the better Triple Schezwan dishes I have had. 4/5 on taste.

Pindi Chole Kulcha Combo: The meal box came with Pindi choley, kulcha, jeera rice, veg tikki, and raita. Choley was good in flavor. Kulcha was filled with batata bhaji and was decent in flavors. Veg tikki was very good and had a unique texture. Jeera rice was good. Overall the taste of the dish was good but nothing great. 3.5/5 on taste.

Veg Manchurian Combo: It had veg machurian, veg fried rice, naan, and salad. The taste of the veg manchurian was excellent and it went great with the naan. I was delighted to have a good veg manchurian after a while. The fried rice was also very good but the quantity of manchurian was too less to go with both rice and naan. 4.5/5 on taste.

Choley COmbo: Nice choley with paratha, rice, and tikki. Not too oily. 4/5 on taste.
