I had not even heard of this pizza place until I saw it on UberEats. When I searched the listings on Zomato I found that it has multiple outlets in Mumbai. The variety of the pizzas is a lot and the pricing seemed to be reasonable. UberEats even had an offer going on in which there was a special menu of pizza at half the price.
Chicken Tikka and Capsicum Pizza: The pizza came in a box which had good drawings. The pizza itself was very good looking. It had very few toppings of capsicum and chicken. The base was not among the soft ones I have had but it had very good taste and I loved it. Cheese, capsicum, and chicken when had in a bite, was tasting great. The flavors were not unique but something which suits Indian palate very easily. 4.5/5 on taste.
Chicken Seekh and Sweet Corn Pizza: The taste was similar to chicken tikka pizza but with a hint of chicken seekh flavor. Corns did not add many flavors to the pizza but overall the taste was very good. 4/5 on taste.
Chicken Tikka and Chicken Salami Tacos: The taco came in a pizza box of a single big slice. Size of the taco was bigger than the ones you get at Dominos but Overall, the size was less than 2 tacos which you get at Dominos. The shell was crispy and well cooked. It hardly had any oil as it was baked. Inside there were small pieces of chicken tikka and salami. The taste of either of them was not prominent. Also, there was liquid cheese inside with some herbs. The overall taste of the taco was very good and among the good ones I have tried but the quantity of chicken and cheese could be improved. 4/5 on taste.
Chicken Rose Red And White Sauce Pasta: The pasta only had cheese on top but not much in quantity. The flavor of the pasta was very good along with a bite of cheese. But the pasta inside was not that great. It was good but not among the great ones I have had. The chicken inside was square cubes which were on the harder side and tasted weird. Overall the pasta tasted good but not great and I would not recommend it to pasta lovers. 3/5 on taste.
Chicken Tikka And Mutton Keema Pizza: The pizza was good in taste but the flavor of chicken tikka or mutton keema was not prominent. The flavor of the cheese was the one that made the dish good. 3.5/5 on taste.
The following ordered I made from Sion outlet of La Pino’s.
English Retreat Pizza: It had olives, paprika, paneer, tomatoes, capsicum, and cheese. The base was a bit thin and like premade pizza base but the taste was good. The overall flavor of the pizza was good but paprika did not add any hotness to the flavor. 4/5 on taste.
Korma Special Pizza: This one had contents similar to the previous one but with the addition of baby corn and sweet corn. The taste was similar to the English retreat. 4/5 on taste.
