Watching a lot of Instagram videos from Turkey showing their outstanding baklawa tempted me to try this out as it was the only good option in Mumbai.
Assorted Baklawa: It has Mezrooma X 2, Mezbaat X 2, and Mezca X 2.
Mezbaat Baklava: The description says “Taste The Smoothness Of Our Beautifully Handcrafted Mezbaat Baklava,Made From Almonds And Pistachios Folded In Our Exquisite Turkish Yufka Baked To Perfection In The Oven Of Mezaya, Sweetened In Our Exclusive Bloom Syrup To Give You A Blissful Experience.” It was something which had a good flavor of pistachios. Good, tasty, and not too sweet. 4/5 on taste.
Mezrooma Baklava: The description says “Taste Pure Pistachios In Our Beautifully Handcrafted Mezrooma Baklava, Rolled In Our Exquisite Turkish Yufka Baked To The Just Right Crisp In The Oven Of Mezaya, Sweetened In Our Exclusive Roza Syrup To Give You A Flavourful Experience.” It was similar in flavor to finely grated peanutes chikki. 3.5/5 on taste.
Mezca Baklava: It was “Taste The Richness Of Our Beautifully Handcrafted Mezca Baklava Made From Almonds And Cashews Between Layers Of Our Exquisite Turkish Yufka Baked To The Perfect Crunch From The Oven Of Mezaya Sweetened In Our Very Own Classic Syrup To Give You A Delightful Experience.” It had good flavors overall. 3.5/5 on taste.
Overall a good experience with this place, but I was expecting a more prominent flavor of pistachios in the baklawas.
