I just stumbled upon this restaurant while going through Swiggy and Zomato lists. The menu looked very inviting, but there were hardly any reviews as this is a new restaurant. But still gave it a try.
OG Pepperoni Pizza: The pizza came in a nice box, and there was another rectangular box with the title Slyce goodies. I had ordered a regular-sized pizza. The pizza looked great with a perfectly made crust and shiny look of the cheese and pepperoni. The taste was great. It was one of the best original pizzas I have had. The pepperoni was well cooked and tasted great with the cheese and bread. SLYCE GOODIES included a jalapeno mayo, toum sauce, pepperoncini, red hot paprika, chili flakes, and oregano. I did not even open the flakes and oregano. Sauces tasted good and went well with the pizza to give some different flavors. Peppers were an excellent addition and suit Indian palates wanting spicy pizza. I had chosen spicy sauce which was not so spicy but tasted good overall. I would compare this pizza with the ones from Pizza Express dining. But Pizza express delivery reduced the quality, unlike Slyce, in which the delivered pizza was as good as the dine-in experiences. I was smiling and happy while eating this pizza. This does not happen very often. 5/5 on taste.
A little Google search lead me to an article from Mid-Day saying that this is a restaurant by Zorawar Kalra. So the quality is expected.
Quattro Pollo Pizza: According to the description, it had San Marzano tomato, BBq chicken, peri-peri chicken, chicken chorizo sausages, butter-poached chicken, roasted onion and cheese. Chicken pieces were small and there was unique flavor of each variety of chicken which could be tasted. Overall the chicken was well cooked and the taste of the pizza was good but nothing great. 3.5/5 son taste.
Mushroom and Cream Cheese Pizza: According to the description, it had Herb sauteed exotic mushrooms, cream cheese, chives, and shaved parmesan. There was hardly any shaved parmesan on the pizza. Taste of the mushrooms was good and went well with cream cheese. Overall the taste was good. 3.5/5 on taste.
Art Pizza: According to the description, it had Artichoke, onions, sautéed spinach, baby tomatoes, olives, roasted garlic, feta cheese. Nice and healthy pizza with good ingredients. Tasted of the individual ingredients was good but there was more bread on the sides than usual. 3.5/5 on taste.
Dominic Pizza: Decent in flavors overall. 3.5/5 on taste.
Overall, a great experience with this new restaurant and I will definitely try out more items in the coming days to update this review.
