I have been seeing restaurants having eggs as special items recently. Everyday Anday is the one I had tried and I did not like the food I tried there. I thought of giving EggOmogo a try.
Kashmiri Anda Biryani: The biryani came along with typical Indian raita. The biryani had 2 big Kashmiri chilies on top and also some bay leaves, black pepper, and cloves. It had about 5-6 half cut boiled eggs embedded inside. The rice was of good quality and was covered in thick masala. But the taste of the biryani was average. The flavors were very subtle and hardly anything similar to egg biryanis I have had. It was almost like a tasteless biryani was good looking. Eggs were well cooked and along with raita, they were saviors from this average biryani. The quantity was good and it could easily fill a person. By no means the biryani was bad tasting, it was just not flavorful enough to like. 3/5 on taste.
