I saw a listing of this restaurant on Zomato and it was a part of Zomato Gold. So thought of visiting it for lunch one day as it had good ratings. The place is big and the interiors are well designed. We sat on a sofa which was meant for 4. Covering of the sofa liked like it hasn’t been washed for a while. When I saw the menu I was looking for the non-veg part of it but did not find it, later I realized it is a veg restaurant. I ordered a pasta and a pizza.
Pasta Barbaresca: It was in a white sauce which was creamy and tasty. We were given a choice of pasta and I chose penne. It has broccoli which gave it very good flavor and sun-dried tomatoes kind of ruined it. Overall it tasted excellent, and this coming from me is rare as I am a pasta hater as not too many places I have seen makegood pasta. 4.5/5 on taste. Recommended.
Pizza Melino: It had sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, red and yellow pepper, black and green olives and jalapenos. The pizza base was thin but not thin crust, it was decent and nothing compared to the one by Pizza Express which I count as one of the best ones I have tried. Olives and Jalapenos gave it a strong flavor which masked most other ingredients. Overall it was a decent pizza and nothing great. 3.5/5 on taste. At the end, I felt like I should have ordered 2 pastas instead of a pizza and a pasta.
Overall a good experience at this restaurant because of the amazing pasta it had and I would definitely like to try out more of those in future.
