Recommended Dishes: Lunch box I saw the listing of Oye Kake on Zomato order app and thought of ordering something looking at the menu. Settled for Lunchbox which was priced at Rs. 245 but had an offer of 75 rs cashback on payment with Freecharge. The order came on time mentioned, but there was an issue with the plate. Maybe because of the poor packing, gravy of the dish got mixed with the sugar syrup of the Gulaab Jamun. They should improve the Lunch Box packaging.
Lunch Box: It had jeera rice, alu kulcha, daal, choley, paneer masala, raita, cucumber and carrot as salad and chaas (Buttermilk). The best part about the box was the Alu kulcha. It was soft and tasty. I totally loved it. When had with choley, it tasted awesome. Paneer dish and daal were good. So was jeera rice. Gulab jamun was also very good but mixing up with the gravy ruined its taste. Chass (buttermilk) was excellent and very generous in quantity. One box could easily fill to average eaters. Value for money according to quantity and flavours. 4/5 on taste. Recommended. Overall very good experience with this restaurant and would definitely order more next time.
Chole Bhature: This was one of the recent orders of mine which included chole bhature and aloo sabji. Packaging was such that the gravy was mixed with the gulab jamun which came along. Overall the taste was good but bhatura not being too oily or soggy.
