London Taxi: Great Food

I have been seeing a listing of this restaurant on Zomato for a while but I even noticed it on Swiggy one fine day. The menu looked inviting, and I thought of ordering something.

Malabari Chicken In Paratha Roll: The roll was in Malabari paratha and inside there was Malabari chicken with typical flavors of coconut. The chicken was well cooked and the masala was delicious. Overall, it was a great tasting roll. 4.5/5 on taste.

Nimbu Murgh With Chilli and Lacha Parantha: This was one of the best chicken dishes I have ever had. It had gondhoraj lemon, kaffir lime leaves, peeli mirch powder and cream sauce according to the description. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the masala was creamy, spicy (due to green chili pieces), and amazing in taste. There was a smile on my face while eating this dish. 5/5 on taste.

Mangalorean Chicken Sukka: Perfectly spiced dish with tender chicken. Great combination of flavors. 5/5 on taste.

Rajasthali Laal Maas With Chilli Lacha Parantha: The laal mas was well cooked and is a spicy red gravy. The taste was good but not among the best laal maas I have had. 3.5/5 on taste.

Spicy Chicken Shawarma Roomali Roll: It came with chicken in the roomali roll and garlic mayo with pickled vegetables on side. The taste of the shwarma was good but nothing great. More sauces in the roll would have made it better. 3/5 on taste.

Chicken Wok Style Hot Garlic With Choice Of Fried Rice: It had a nice flavorful gravy with veg fried rice. The taste of the gravy was good with tender chicken. 4/5 on taste.

Chicken Sichuan Chilli Roomali Roll: Very good chicken sichuan chilii in the roll. The taste was very good. 4/5 on taste.

Hummus Trio With Falafel & Olive Tapenade: An amazing dish, both in colors and taste. Classic, red, and green humus tasted great with the pita bread. Oilves on top were a delight to have. 4.5/5 on taste.

Chef Signature Dilli Style Chole With Paneer Bhature: This was the worst dish from their menu I have had. The bhature were way too oily. There was so much oil that I had to throw away a part of it. Also the bhatura was hard and cripsy which is not a good way to serve it. The choley were good in taste. 3/5 on taste.

Butter chicken slider: They were small sized burgers filled with butter chicken. The taste of the sliders was good. 4/5 on taste.

Farmer’s market pizza: A good thin crust pizza with various vegetables on top. 4/5 on taste.

Buttermilk fried chicken, ranch sauce bao: Excellent chicken which was cooked to crispiness and filled in charcoal bao. The taste was very good. 4.5/5 on taste.

Ghee roast chicken, gunpowder mayo bao: Ghee roast chicken was filled in the bao. The taste was very good. 4/5 on taste.

Mutton Kakori kebab with warqi paratha: The mutton seekh kebab was well cooked and tender. It tasted great with the paratha combined with onions and chutney. 4/5 on taste.

Bhoot jholokia chicken wings: They were spicy chicken wings with great flavors. It was not lip burning spicy as I was expecting but moderately spicy. The wings themselves did not have much meat on it. 4/5 on taste.

Sobo best cheesy nachos: Perfect nachos with cheesy flavors and guacamole. 4/5 on taste.

Nut and Nutella brownie with hot chocolate and ice cream: Perfectly made brownie with hot chocolate and ice cream on it. The flavors were typical and perfect. 4.5/5 on taste.

Tender coconut pana cota: Very small in quantity with subtle flavors of tender coconut. 3.5/5 on taste.

Chicken Thai Basil Stir Fry With fried Rice: A decent flavored chicken dish with fried rice. Not among the best ones. 3.5/5 on taste.

Kung Pao Chicken: I had ordered a Bao but they delivered a starter. But I don’t mind as it was delicious with tender chicken. 5/5 on taste.

Korean Chilli Chicken: A delicious and perfectly cooked Korean chili chicken. 5/5 on taste.

Sweet Chilli & Water Chestnut Bao: Decent in flavor and texture but overall average. 3.5/5 on taste.

Butter Chicken Roomali Roll: A good roll with nice and tender chicken. 4/5 on taste.

Shrooms, Cheese & Caramelized Onions Slider: An excellent sliders with well-cooked mushrooms with cheese and caramelized onions. The buns were soft and good. Overall the taste of the sliders was very good and one of the good ones I have had. 4.5/5 on taste.

Korean Chilli Paneer Slider: Just like the Korean chilli chicken slide this one was also amazing. Excellent flavors mixed with a lot of chilies. 5/5 on taste.

Overall, I had a great experience with this restaurant, and I will update this review as I order more items in the future.
