I had never heard of this place/ app but surprisingly I heard it for the first time from my mom. And her source was a relative of mine, whose relative works as a delivery boy for them. I downloaded their app and saw that they were running buy 1 get 1 free offers. I ordered few items that day and I started ordering many items over a period of time. General Points: Quantity is just enough to fill one person. Price is high considering the quantity they give. Delivery is slow. they usually take more time than the one you have mentioned on the app.
Chicken Korumulugoo: Gravy was not very spicy but the taste was good. Chicken pieces were boneless and well-cooked. Quantity was enough to fill one person. 3.5/ 5 on Taste.
Cream of Mushroom Soup: Soup was very plain and had almost no chunky part at all. The taste was good but nothing great. 3/5 on taste.
Cheese & Chicken Panini: Did not have any unique flavour of cheese or chicken. The quantity of chicken was very very less. The taste was average. 3/5 on taste.
Baked Cheesy Mix Vegetable Casserole: It was like a liquid cheese mixed with finely chopped vegetables and some flour for thickness. It did not have much taste of cheese or anything else. 2.5/5 on taste.
Oven Roasted Potatoes: Potatoes were with the skin and the herbs on it gave it a good flavour. But potatoes were not soft enough to eat and enjoy. 3/5 on taste.
Andhra Chicken: The best dish I have tried on Holachef. It was full of chicken pieces. The chicken was nice and tender and perfectly cooked. The gravy was spicy and I could feel the heat even after I was done eating it. The taste was amazing and I totally loved it. A must try dish according to me on Holachef. 5/5 on taste.
Mediterranean Cottage Cheese Pizza: I was shocked just to see the size of this pizza. It was very very small. And the cost was Rs. 350. That is very expensive for the size. The bread had good taste according to me but my friends did not like it much. Also, bread was a bit on the chewier side. The taste was good and soft paneer pieces were good. 3.5/5 on taste and 1.5/5 on value for money.
Chapati: Decent chapati’s which are not the softest but not hard as well. 3.5/5 overall.
Grilled Chicken Drumsticks (2) with Mexican Rice and Coriander Mole Sauce: Taste of drumsticks was good but rice had no good taste. Also the Coriander Mole Sauce was sweetish and not very good in taste. 2.5/5 on taste.
Chicken Panang Curry with Fragrant Pot Rice and Chicken in Barbecue Sauce: Chicken was nice and tender. Barbecue chicken taste was very good. Curry gravy was given separately and had typical flavor of a cocunut milk curry similar to Thai and Burmese cuisine. Rice was decent. 4/5 on taste.
Dal Bukhara with Zafrani Pulao: Typical masoor daal and rice. Nothing great. 3.5/5 on taste.
Mutton Masala: I did not eat this but my mo loved it. And she is a lover of mutton masala. 4/5 on taste.

Chicken Tikka: Typical chicken tikka. 4/5 on taste.
Mushroom Kadai: This one had very high rating on the app. So I thought of ordering it. Dish was full of mushrooms. But the taste was good and nothing great, which left me disapponted seeing the high rating. 3/5 on taste.
Chocolate Mousse: It came free of cost on the day of free sweet dish on all orders. Taste was very good and consistency was soft. 4.5/5 on taste.
Lassi: Very good lassi. It was moderately thick and had god taste. 4.5/5 on taste.
Ganache Cake: Soft and had very good taste. 4/5 on taste.
In an all Holachef is something unique and great. Food is good but the price is something which is repelling. But still, some things are worth a try.
